In 2003, we started out as a pet taxi service making quick runs to doggie day care facilities and veterninarian clinics. Through referrals from local veterinarians and individual clients, the business expanded from quick runs to doggie day care or the vet to transporting much-loved pets to and from the airport.

We quickly discovered that preparing an animal for air transport – or lengthy ground transport, for that matter – was a complicated proposition. Understanding the necessary paperwork, shipping requirements, and a wide range of local laws and regulations called for knowledge, time, and money. We’d found our calling!
